Recently, more and more people choose the high temperature coal pulverizer burner as the heat source.

Pulverized coal spray furnace is a kind of coal-fired powder hot blast furnace, mainly composed of pulverized coal atomization blowing system, automatic ignition system, brick hot blast furnace, accident chimney and so on. The furnace takes the pulverized coal collected in the drying process and the pulverized coal powder as fuel, greatly increases the coal specific surface area, improves the combustion efficiency, and can reduce the coal consumption by 40%-50% compared with the burning block coal.

Pulverized coal is blown into the furnace, by the pulverized coal burner organized into two strands of high-speed rotating airflow (pulverized coal flow and air flow), in the furnace constantly rotating combustion, the formation of hollow rotating flame, coal nozzle outlet is very short, only 300-500mm. And flame roots form a larger negative pressure zone, sucking the unburned carbon particles or over-coarse coal particles into the negative pressure zone to form two pulverized coal combustion. Continuous circulation can completely burn out carbon particles, the burnout rate reached 99%. Because of the large flame of the coal nozzle, the furnace temperature is always controlled below the ash melting point of coal so that the slag can be discharged smoothly. The hot blast furnace adopts non-nitride combustion technology, and the design of the burner is divided into the reduction zone and the oxidation zone, so that the pulverized coal combustion forms a gaseous form.
